Whether you're interested in a daily practice or just trying it out, we are here to support you through your journey.

We offer 3 kinds of memberships:

Unlimited membership gives you access to a daily practice at any of our locations. The other option would be a once a week membership, where you can choose the day you'd like to come in. And for those who just wanna join us online for the Breathwork part of class from any part of the world, we created the Ice Club Online!

We also have 2 different passes

For the first-timers

2-CLASS INTRO COURSE

This is a great short intro to the Breathwork and Ice Baths, and how we practice at the Miami Ice Club (It is also our new member orientation course). It consists of 2 sessions. The first one should be any of our Intro Sessions. The second class, you can come to any scheduled session and any of our locations. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RESERVE A SPOT, simply buy this pass and come to any of our intro's. (*DOES NOT INCLUDE CLASSES AT NAMO SANCTUARY, see below)

This is a special day for those who cannot make it to the Miami Ice Club consistently, which is ONLY AVAILABLE TO EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS. CLASSES AT NAMO SANCTUARY

Starting February 2025 we are partnering with Namo Sancturay, in Wynwood, to host new classes at their amazing sound healing studio. In these sessions we combine our signature Breathwork and Ice Baths, with Namo's modern and innovative approach to sound healing.

Miami Members can Join this class for FREE, but Non-members must buy their day pass directly trhu Namo.
