Join us Saturday January 18 to celebrate the start of the new year of practice at our Ice Club in Broward County, at "The Farm", in beautiful Davie! We'll do Breath, Ice and Healthy Breakfast in our own "countryside" location, surrounded by horse ranches, farms and nature (but with easy access from the highway)!
- Enjoy an awesome Breathwork Session followed by an invigorating Ice Bath! (90 mins) - Meet your new community and share an awesome Breakfast 11am-on (until you hart's content) - Recharge your whole being to crush the upcoming week! - Beginners welcome and encouraged to join!
Class will be led (and Breakfast cooked) by Luis Rosario, certified Miami Ice Club teacher, and assisted by the rest of the Miami Ice Club Broward crew!
